pursuant to Articles 10(3) and 11 of Italian Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) No. 430 of 26 October 2001

Note The dates set out in Annex A correspond to the official Serie A 2026/2027 calendar published by Lega Serie A on 05/06/2026 and refer to the reference Sunday of each matchday, without prejudice to matches brought forward or postponed by the League. The amount of the security deposit must be equal to 20% of the total prize pool, i.e. € 10,260.00 (Article 7(1)(b) of D.P.R. No. 430/2001).

Background

The Promoting Company owns the platform available on the website https://starcks.io/ (hereinafter the “Platform”), which allows, through the purchase of primary tokens called Star Tokens (hereinafter “ST”), the purchase of fan tokens associated with the names of footballers, called Star Player Tokens (hereinafter “SPT”).

How the initiative works

During the promotional period, in order to take part in this prize operation, Users must register on the Platform or log in if already registered.

The operation is open to all those who are registered on the Platform and hold an active user profile and who, through the Platform, own SPTs in accordance with the requirements set out below.

No participation under a false name, false identity or fictitious identity will be permitted. In such cases, the Promoting Company reserves the right to verify the identity of Users and to take any appropriate action in the event of a breach.

The Platform has an integrated ranking system capable of determining (i) the Users' score for each matchday/game round, taking into account the line-up, (ii) the weight attributed to each individual footballer (SPT) in the line-up, and (iii) the score calculated by the Platform, which assigns a quantitative value to the footballer's performance for each event in which they took part.

Scores are assigned on the basis of an algorithm that evaluates the footballer's performance. The performance is calculated for each event in which the footballer took part and is based on the analysis of match statistics provided by external services accessible via API (SportMonks and similar). The parameters taken into consideration are those commonly used in football (for example goals, assists, successful dribbles and the like).

During the promotional period, for each matchday/round, each User may decide which SPTs (footballers) to field through the Platform, putting together a formation.

The line-up may be entered up until the start of the reference matchday, linked to the league matchdays in which the footballers take part. In the event of User inactivity, a line-up will be entered automatically based on the footballers/SPTs available in the wallet according to the criteria indicated by the Platform.

Once the available time has expired, i.e. at the start of the reference matchday, the User will no longer be able to modify the line-up entered, which will remain active for the entire matchday.

Users are automatically entered in the seasonal tournament; entry to the weekly tournaments must be made expressly.

a) Weekly tournaments mode

During the promotional period, 36 game tournaments are scheduled, corresponding to league matchdays No. 3 to No. 38 inclusive. Each game tournament consists of a single matchday/round. Please refer to Annex A for the full calendar.

Users may enter the current tournament by selecting one of the four levels available. The different levels offer increasing difficulty and prizes and are determined by the minimum STK countervalue of the fielded starting players:

• Level 1: minimum countervalue of 1,000 STK,

• Level 2: minimum countervalue of 3,000 STK,

• Level 3: minimum countervalue of 10,000 STK,

• Level 4: minimum countervalue of 30,000 STK,

The euro amounts indicated above are expressed for guidance only and are not exact to the cent: the value of the Star Token is variable and not fixed, therefore the euro countervalue of the entry thresholds may fluctuate. For the purposes of determining the entry level, only the countervalue in STK shall apply.

The line-up remains locked for the entire league matchday and may be modified again up until the start of the following matchday.

Each User entered in the individual tournament who has fielded a valid formation for the reference matchday is awarded a guaranteed prize, of a predetermined value depending on the entry level, as indicated in the “Prize details” section. The score achieved is not relevant for the purposes of awarding the prize.

b) Seasonal tournament mode

During the promotional period, a single seasonal tournament is scheduled, consisting of matchdays/rounds No. 3 to No. 38 inclusive, for a total of 36 matchdays.

At the end of the promotional period, a guaranteed prize of a predetermined value will be awarded to all Users who have fielded a valid formation in at least 20 of the 36 scheduled matchdays/rounds. Users who put together a formation without entering the weekly tournament mode, or in the event of inactivity, also qualify for the seasonal prize; in the latter case, the line-up is entered automatically by the system as indicated above.

Through the Platform, Users can consult the ranking of the weekly mode (tournament) and the overall seasonal ranking in progress. The rankings serve purely recreational and entertainment purposes and are not relevant for the purposes of awarding prizes.

Please note that the rankings published in the dedicated section of the Platform will be final only at the end of the tournament and that each User will be identified by their Nickname and not by their first name and surname.

Awarding of prizes

During the promotional period, the Promoting Company will periodically verify, by means of the Platform's automated systems and with documented evidence kept on file, the Users entitled to the prizes. As this is a prize operation, the awarding of prizes does not require the presence of a notary or a chamber of commerce official, does not depend on comparative rankings between participants or on any element of chance: the prize is due to every User who meets the objective requirements set out in these rules.

The verification of eligible recipients will be carried out in 10 sessions according to the attached calendar (Annex A): nine relating to the weekly tournaments, grouped in blocks of four tournaments each, and one final session relating to the seasonal tournament.

At the end of each tournament, eligible recipients will receive so-called “Credits” — i.e. non-monetary virtual credits usable exclusively on the Platform — in an amount corresponding to the value of the prize due based on the entry level (for the seasonal tournament, to the value of the seasonal prize). The Credits thus awarded have no independent economic value, are not transferable, cannot be converted into money or other goods and constitute solely the technical means for selecting and receiving the prize from the catalogue.

Participants will be able to select and choose their prize based on the number of Credits awarded to them and, likewise, will be able to select the prize from a predefined catalogue, made available on the Platform and divided into different categories, each accessible with a specific number of Credits.

Each prize category in the catalogue will be associated with a specific number of credits and may be chosen by eligible recipients while stocks last, in chronological order of request. If the chosen prize is unavailable, the eligible recipient may in any case select an alternative prize of equal or greater value, without prejudice to their right to a prize of a value corresponding to the Credits accrued.

Exclusion from participation

The following are excluded from participation in the operation:

• employees of the Promoting Company, of its Affiliated Companies and of the project's Partner Companies;

• employees of the companies that contributed to the organisation of the operation;

• all persons who do not fall within the specific definition of Users.

Participation in the operation is subject to compliance with the rules set out herein.

Participation and limitations

Natural persons of legal age, resident and/or domiciled in the Italian national territory, registered or who will register on the Promoting Company's Platform through the website https://starcks.io/

Prize details

The prizes consist of goods and products of a value corresponding to the amount due, as set out in the tables below and identified in the complete list of prizes contained in the prize catalogue, available on the Platform from the start date of the operation.

A copy of the catalogue, including the economic value of each prize, will also be kept on file for all control purposes. Vouchers will be loaded directly onto the wallets of eligible recipients and may be spent on the purchase of goods and services available on the website https://starcks.io/. Vouchers may be used for one or more purchases exclusively through the website, no later than 12 months from activation.

Vouchers cannot be converted into money.

Total prize pool

The total prize pool amounts to € 51,300.00 (VAT included). The market value of the prizes is to be understood as at the date these rules were drawn up. The prize pool is determined on a presumptive basis, pursuant to Article 7(2) of D.P.R. No. 430/2001, based on the estimate of expected participation; the security deposit will be adjusted if, based on the performance of the event, the original amount proves insufficient to guarantee the payment of the prizes. The prizes will in any case be awarded to all eligible recipients, even if the number of participants exceeds the estimates.

Notification of eligible recipients

All eligible recipients will be notified through the Platform or by e-mail within 5 working days of the conclusion of the periodic verifications provided for in these rules.

The Promoting Company assumes no liability in the event that:

• the e-mail inbox is full;

• the e-mail address provided at registration is incorrect or incomplete;

• there is no response from the host computer after the prize award notification e-mail has been sent;

• the e-mail inbox is disabled;

• the e-mail address provided at registration is blacklisted.

Eligible recipients must accept the prize within the deadlines indicated in the notification.

The Promoting Company reserves the right to ask eligible recipients to return a completed and signed acceptance form and to send a valid identity document. Eligible recipients will be granted at least 5 days to respond.

If the Promoting Company does not receive a response within the indicated deadline, or in the event of irregularities in participation, or if the data provided at registration differ from those shown on the identity document, the User will lose the right to the prize, which will be donated to the non-profit organisation indicated in these rules.

Delegation of prizes

Eligible prize recipients may not delegate the prize to third parties.

Prize delivery deadline

Prizes will be delivered within 6 months of the conclusion of the promotional event or of the date on which the prizes are requested, as established by D.P.R. No. 430 of 26/10/2001.

Unawarded or unclaimed prizes

Unawarded or unclaimed prizes, other than those refused, will be donated to the following non-profit organisation: Fondazione ABIO Italia Onlus per il Bambino in Ospedale, Via Don Gervasini 33, 20153 Milan, Tax Code 97384230153.

Payment of withholding tax

The Promoting Company undertakes to pay the tax within the terms and to the extent provided for by Article 30 of D.P.R. No. 600 of 29/09/1973.

Waiver of recourse

The Promoting Company declares that it waives its right of recourse for the withholding tax in favour of eligible recipients (Article 30, D.P.R. No. 600 of 29/09/1973).

Refusal of the prize

In the event that eligible recipients expressly refuse the prize, it may remain at the disposal of the Promoting Company.

Server location

The server used to collect participants' data and the data required to identify eligible recipients is located in the United Kingdom. The same data are replicated in real time on a mirror server located in Italian territory, in accordance with Article 1(6) of D.P.R. No. 430/2001.

Notices

Participation in this prize operation is subject to full acceptance of the Rules.

Connection costs incurred by participants to access the website will be calculated and charged according to the tariff plan agreed with their telephone operator.

Privacy notice

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, the Promoting Company informs that, by participating in the Operation, personal data will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality guarantees and security measures provided for by current legislation, using manual, computerised and telematic tools, exclusively for purposes strictly connected with this operation, such as, for example, the administrative management of the Operation, communications relating to any prizes won and the receipt of the related prizes.

The provision of personal data is optional; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the data controller to fulfil its obligations relating to the Operation.

The data may be communicated to third-party companies that perform technical and organisational tasks on behalf of the Promoting Company and that will process the personal data as independent data controllers or as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, exclusively for the purposes indicated above.

Personal data may also be communicated to employees/consultants of the Promoting Company, as persons authorised to process data pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

Compliance and warranties

The Promoting Company assumes no liability for access problems, impediments, malfunctions or other difficulties relating to technical equipment, computers, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone lines or internet connections that may prevent Participants from accessing the website and, more generally, from taking part in the operation and/or receiving the prize award notification.

The Promoting Company may under no circumstances be held liable for any problems arising during the use of the prizes, or for improper use of the prizes by eligible recipients.

The Promoting Company reserves the right to prevent participation or cancel the prize for all participants who do not take part in good faith (by way of example: multiple registrations with different e-mail addresses, use of automated gaming software or systems, use of bots or, in general, other unauthorised computer aids).

Participants who, at the sole discretion of the Promoting Company or of third parties appointed by it to manage the operation, obtain prizes by means and tools designed to circumvent regular participation, or in any case deemed suspicious, fraudulent or in breach of the normal course of the initiative, will not be able to enjoy the prize thus obtained.

The Promoting Company, or the companies appointed by it to manage the operation, reserve the right to act, in the manner they deem most appropriate and in compliance with current laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised.

The Promoting Company cannot assume any liability if the calendar of events provided for in this operation is subject to changes for reasons beyond its control.

If the promised prize is unavailable, the Promoting Company reserves the right to replace it with another of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be converted into money or equivalents. Any requests for alternative prizes from eligible recipients cannot be granted.

For anything not specified in these Rules, the Promoting Company refers to the provisions of D.P.R. 430/01.

Annex A — Calendar

The operation takes place over league matchdays No. 3 to No. 38 of Serie A 2026/2027, for a total of 36 game tournaments. The first tournament starts on 04/09/2026, with the opening of league matchday 3.

The dates indicated correspond to the reference Sunday of each matchday according to the official Lega Serie A calendar, without prejudice to matches brought forward or postponed. Prize award dates are to be understood as final deadlines.
